Vehicle Storage and Pickup

Storage Fees: Vehicles not picked up within the agreed timeframe may incur storage fees, which will be calculated based on the number of days the vehicle remains in storage. Customers are encouraged to arrange timely pickup to avoid additional charges.
Pickup Protocol: At the time of vehicle pickup, customers must present valid government-issued identification and proof of payment, such as a receipt or confirmation email. Failure to provide these documents may result in delays or inability to release the vehicle.
